Here’s How Reverse Osmosis Works:
- Household water is directed through a pre-filter for filtration to remove sediment, chlorine taste and odor, and particulate matter.
- The water is then forced, by pressure, through a semi-permeable membrane where a high percentage of the dissolved solids and other contaminants are rejected and flushed to the drain.
- Final polishing of the water is accomplished by an activated carbon absorption block filter removing tastes and odors. The water passes through this final filtering process immediately before going to the faucet whether it comes directly from the unit or from the storage tank.
- The automatic shut-off control shuts down the system when the storage tank is filled and water is not being drawn. This “demand production” feature conserves water by eliminating the constant running to the drain found in some units. The control also depressurizes the membrane when not in service extending the membrane life and reducing the need for maintenance of your reverse osmosis water purifier.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Cory came to test our well water and explain what the company does and how Moore Water & Air can improve our water for healthier living. What a joy it was to have him here. Fantastic guy and was very patient with ALL my questions.The installation went great. The guys were very pleasant and again was patient with all my questions. UPDATE: After reading my review, I was contacted by the company. They were able to fit me in today for my service. Apparently, there was a miscommunication and I was only scheduled for a filter change, and not what I was led to believe. The technician came out today and was able to fix my system and provided me salt. After better communication the company came out and did what we needed and went beyond our expectations to correct the issue.I bought my water softness and reverse osmosis system 2 years ago. I just had my first service. Extremely not happy. Charged me $172 to just change the filters. When Customer Service called to set the appointment, they told me it was a cleaning and service. The "Technician" was here les than 30 minutes and only changed the filters. We called to express that we were unhappy with the service. We were told the technician that came out was only to change the filter. Then why did they schedule me a full service and charge me. Now my system won't work and they cannot for me in for a month.

Salesman was pleasant and did his presentation well. When unit was installed the installer Amir did a good job up to the point that he left my unit plugged in by an extension cord that runs 20 feet across the floor. He said that someone would be out to put in an outlet next to the unit that he was unable to do so and we would be contacted within a couple days to have that done. He assured me that his company has higher standards than to leave that and I would be taken care of. It has been over a month and I have received no calls at all. I have called myself 2x and been assured that I would be called back but have heard nothing.Update:They have reached out to me and have made appointments to resolve the issues. They made no excuses and were apologetic and seemed to have a true desire to make it right.

Of course our luck, our washer broke down just out of warranty and it was cheaper to just get a new one. We purchased a new washer and dryer set from Lowe’s.We spoke to Moore Water and Air that’s a part of the Lowe’s Appliance Longevity Program and we learned we can make our washer and all of our appliances last way longer. I have had my Ecowater system from Moore water for nearly 2 years now and I absolutely love it! As a person who has tried different types of filtration this is definitely my favorite and one I can tell the difference with.
