Our installers Jared and Jeff were great. Professional and very courteous. Explained EVERYTHING they were doing and always asked if something was okay there before they proceeded. Did a quick breakdown of the instructions of use and maintenance. Great service!!

Interesting to get a good look at our water here in Nixa, Mo. Even more interesting to see how much better it is with Moore Water Treatment. Glad to actually see how clean the water in my home is. Great work from friendly people, from our salesman, to our install team and even the office staff has been great to work with. Could not be more pleased with this investment. Thank you!

We just had our water tested by Tyler, he came to our house to test the water. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing very well and with great detail. He was not the pushy salesman type at all, in fact we had to ask for more information on pricing. We probably would of bought a whole house system but we are moving and will do so for that house. Recommend A++

What a great experience. Cory came to the house to test our water. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was not a pushy salesman, which we greatly appreciated. He answered any questions we had and we never felt uncomfortable.Billy was such a friendly installer; we felt very comfortable with the whole experience. I just had a ecowater softener and ro unit installed in my home. I am very pleased with the techs Jeff and mat from moore water and air. They did a grate job with the install and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond to install my system exactly how I wanted it. Thanks again Jeff and mat with moore watter and air.

Richard came and tested our water for us. He was professional and hilarious. Explained everything that he was doing and what he was testing our water for. He was a great salesman. Our water system was installed 5 days later by Billy and Jared. They were wonderful, took the time to explain everything, and answered our questions proficiently. Billy talked us through everything he was going to do and we went through our choices of what could work with the setup. Our water went from a 12-grain rating to a 2 witin15 minutes after set up and we can already feel a difference in our skin, how our dishes get cleaned, and how our water looks and tastes. This truly is a great company!
